Using AudienceRelay

AudienceRelay is a paid service for creating forms, collecting permitted information, managing consent-aware contacts, and accessing submissions through APIs. You must provide accurate account information and protect your API keys.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful collection, spam, deception, credential theft, abuse, malware, or infringement. You must have a lawful basis and any required consent for information you collect or messages you send.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data submitted to your forms. You authorize AudienceRelay and its service providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Paid access

You may create and publish forms before payment. Secret-key API access requires an active paid plan. Checkout is handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Each successful payment provides the access period shown at checkout and does not create an automatic recurring charge. You choose when to renew. Paid features may stop when access expires, is cancelled, disputed, or becomes past due. Contact support about billing errors; refunds are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Availability and termination

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks.
